Membership Code of Conduct
All In One Business Directory is built on trust. Every member listed on our platform has agreed to the following standards, ensuring that buyers can source with confidence and that suppliers are represented fairly and professionally.
1 All information submitted to the platform (including business details, product listings, certifications, and pricing guidance) must be accurate, current, and free from misleading claims. Members must notify All In One of any material changes to their business within 30 days.
2 Members commit to responding to buyer enquiries within a reasonable timeframe (we recommend within 2 working days). Consistent non-response may result in listing suspension while we investigate.
3 All members must conduct their business in accordance with UK law and applicable international trade regulations. We do not tolerate fraudulent listings, misrepresentation of products, or any practice designed to mislead buyers.
4 All communication with buyers, fellow members, and the All In One team must be conducted with professionalism and respect. Harassment, discriminatory language, or bad-faith negotiation tactics will result in immediate removal from the platform.
